瓦錫蘭開(kāi)發(fā)兼容型BOG再液化系統(tǒng)

據(jù)離岸工程網(wǎng)站7月7日消息 芬蘭技術(shù)集團(tuán)瓦錫蘭公布了其再液化系統(tǒng)，旨在重新液化天然氣船和液化天然氣船上的蒸發(fā)氣體（BOG）。

該解決方案名為兼容型再液化裝置也被設(shè)計(jì)來(lái)保持貨物在所有操作條件下的冷卻。瓦錫蘭在聲明中表示，它可以安裝在現(xiàn)有船只上，而無(wú)需進(jìn)行大量的改裝工作。

與之前交付的瓦錫蘭再液化系統(tǒng)一樣，Compact Reliq基于布萊頓技術(shù)，這使得一部分BOG可以用作船只的燃料，而多余的可以液化并與液化天然氣貨物一起出售。

瓦錫蘭表示，液化BOG而不是在氣體燃燒裝置中燃燒也有積極的環(huán)境影響，因?yàn)闆](méi)有氣體被釋放到大氣中。

該系統(tǒng)易于進(jìn)行遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控和在線操作支持，并且在5年間隔對(duì)接期間需要最少的維護(hù)。

該系統(tǒng)與瓦錫蘭的操作性能改進(jìn)和監(jiān)測(cè)（OPERIM）兼容，并可與船舶計(jì)劃維修系統(tǒng)（PMS）完全集成。

W?rtsil? develops compact BOG reliquefaction system

The Finnish technology group W?rtsil? has unveiled its reliquefaction system designed to reliquefy boil-off gas (BOG) onboard gas carriers and LNG bunker vessels.

The solution named Compact Reliq reliquefaction plant is also designed to keep the cargo cool under all operational conditions. It can be installed on existing vessels without extensive modification work, W?rtsil? said in its statement.

“As the global market for LNG applications expands in response to increasing environmental regulations, greater flexibility in meeting these growing needs is required,” says Kjell Ove Ulstein, director sales & marketing, gas solutions, W?rtsil? Marine Systems.

As with previously delivered W?rtsil? reliquefaction systems, the Compact Reliq is based on Brayton technology. This allows a portion of the BOG to be utilised as fuel for the vessel, while the excess can be liquefied and sold with the LNG cargo.

Liquefying the BOG instead of burning it in a Gas Combustion Unit also has a positive environmental effect, as no gases are released into the atmosphere, W?rtsil? said.

The system is readily instrumented for remote monitoring and online operational support and requires minimal maintenance between 5-year interval docking.

The system is compatible with W?rtsil?’s Operational Performance Improvement and Monitoring (OPERIM) protocol, and can be fully integrated with the ship’s Planned Maintenance System (PMS).
