【摘要】 在計(jì)算石油化工儲(chǔ)罐火災(zāi)撲救所需的消防力量時(shí),引入儲(chǔ)罐特性重要度的概念。通過分析影響石油化工儲(chǔ)罐特性重要度的各個(gè)因素以及因素間的相互聯(lián)系,構(gòu)建了較合理的儲(chǔ)罐特性重要度評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并利用層次分析和多級(jí)模糊評(píng)價(jià)相結(jié)合的方法,確定儲(chǔ)罐特性重要度系數(shù)。應(yīng)用研究表明,在計(jì)算石油化工儲(chǔ)罐火災(zāi)所需消防資源時(shí),應(yīng)考慮到儲(chǔ)罐特性重要度對(duì)資源需求的影響。儲(chǔ)罐特性重要度越大,對(duì)消防資源的需求就越大,在儲(chǔ)罐發(fā)生火災(zāi)時(shí)調(diào)集的消防力量就越多。儲(chǔ)罐特性重要度的確定為消防指揮員在撲救石油化工儲(chǔ)罐火災(zāi)時(shí)調(diào)集合理的消防力量,提供了科學(xué)的決策依據(jù)。
【英文摘要】 In order to calculate fire fighting forces for petrochemical tank fire,the concept of tank characteristic importance(TCI)is introduced.By analyzing the factors affecting TCI and the relationship among these factors,an index system to assess the petrochemical tank characteristic importance is established,and the importance coefficient is determined by using the analytical hierarchy process(AHP)and the multistage fuzzy evaluation.Case study shows that the effect of petrochemical tank characteristic importance...

【正文快照】 0引言石油化工儲(chǔ)罐是石化企業(yè)原料、中間產(chǎn)品和成品的儲(chǔ)存裝置。石油化工儲(chǔ)罐火災(zāi)特點(diǎn)是火勢(shì)猛、燃燒溫度高、時(shí)間長(zhǎng),爆炸危險(xiǎn)性大,且在滅火過程中易發(fā)生沸溢或噴濺,使儲(chǔ)存品溢出,導(dǎo)致火災(zāi)擴(kuò)大。對(duì)近年來一些石油化工儲(chǔ)罐火災(zāi)事故分析和研究表明,一旦儲(chǔ)罐固定泡沫滅火系統(tǒng)出現(xiàn)
