【中文摘要】 循環(huán)流化床(CFB)鍋爐燃燒控制系統(tǒng)是一個(gè)分布參數(shù)、非線性、時(shí)變、大滯后、多變量緊密耦合的被控對(duì)象,燃燒控制難,自動(dòng)投運(yùn)率低,實(shí)際運(yùn)行中主要依靠手動(dòng)控制。本文在分析CFB鍋爐運(yùn)行特性的基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)某機(jī)組原控制系統(tǒng)存在問(wèn)題,對(duì)子系統(tǒng)的常規(guī)PID控制方案進(jìn)行改進(jìn),提出負(fù)荷分段控制,結(jié)合實(shí)際運(yùn)行經(jīng)驗(yàn),采用智能算法對(duì)燃燒控制系統(tǒng)的床溫及主蒸汽壓力控制子系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)、仿真、組態(tài)與調(diào)試,并采用參數(shù)自整定模糊PID多變量解耦控制的思想力求實(shí)現(xiàn)CFB鍋爐床溫-主蒸汽壓力的解耦控制。通過(guò)對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)方案的仿真研究,結(jié)果表明:該設(shè)計(jì)方案具有良好的解耦效果,控制系統(tǒng)的調(diào)節(jié)品質(zhì)令人滿意,并具有良好的魯棒性和抗干擾能力。
【英文摘要】 The combustion control system of CFB boiler is an object that has many features: distributed parameters, nonlinear, time-varying, big lagging and a lot of tightly coupled variables. It is difficult to control and the automation level is low, mainly based on manual control in actual operation.
