【摘要】 為了保證焦油加工工序中煤焦油的品質(zhì),唐山瑞豐鋼鐵集團(tuán)有限公司焦化廠引進(jìn)了兩臺高速三相臥螺離心機(jī)。針對運(yùn)行期間出現(xiàn)的問題,對其應(yīng)用的工藝及其外圍控制元件進(jìn)行了合理改進(jìn),使得離心機(jī)系統(tǒng)更加穩(wěn)定、可靠,提高了焦油蒸餾設(shè)備的生產(chǎn)能力。
【英文摘要】 In order to ensure the coal tar\'s quality in processing the steel imported coking plant two high-speed three-phase decanters.However,the equipment in operation during a number of issues,we focused on specific issues,the application of its technology and its peripheral control devices for a reasonable improvement,making centrifuge system more stable and reliable,improve the tar distillation equipment production capacity.

【正文快照】 1引言粗焦油是煉焦過程產(chǎn)生的煤氣用循環(huán)氨水噴灑和在初冷器中冷凝冷卻加以回收的,它含大量水分。雖經(jīng)加熱靜置脫水,送往焦油加工工序時其含水量仍在4%左右,有時甚至達(dá)到8%～10%。焦油含較多水分對其蒸餾操作不利。焦油蒸餾釜中,焦油含水多,將延長脫水時間而降低設(shè)備生產(chǎn)能力,
