【摘要】 主要介紹離心干燥機在聚合物造粒加工后處理中的應(yīng)用、發(fā)展及國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀。對比Gala和CarterDay兩大公司相關(guān)產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)的差異,簡述其脫水、干燥的基本原理及結(jié)構(gòu)特點。盡管該機械已經(jīng)得到大量工程應(yīng)用,但缺乏詳細的設(shè)計理論。深入開展相關(guān)理論研究對于正確選型和開發(fā)我國自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的高效率機器至為重要。
【英文摘要】 Applications and development as well as the current status of centrifugal pellet dryer were introduced. Different dryer structures from Gala and Carter Day were compared. Its basic mechanisms and structural characteristics of dewatering and drying of typical patented machines were analyzed.
