【摘要】 公司引進(jìn)廂式壓濾機(jī)處理制鹽母液已三年多了,通過不斷實(shí)踐摸索,運(yùn)用越來越成熟,石膏產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量大大改善,為制鹽母液處理找到新出路。
【英文摘要】 Our company has introduced box-type filter press for the treatment of salt making mother liquor for over three years.Through continuous practice and trial,its application is more and more mature and the quality of gypsum product is improved greatly,which finds a new way for the treatment of salt making mother liquid.

【正文快照】 1前言久大制鹽有限公司貢井分公司年產(chǎn)精制鹽70萬t/a,排放鹽石膏母液量10萬m3/a,混合石膏含量約2萬t/a左右。如直接排放,不僅污染環(huán)境,而且造成大量資源浪費(fèi),給企業(yè)帶來一定的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。為解決制鹽母液中石膏排放問題,貢井分公司先采用了鹽石膏轉(zhuǎn)型后用轉(zhuǎn)鼓過濾機(jī)脫水,效果不是
