【摘要】 以綠茶懸浮液為物料,測(cè)試YDF250全自動(dòng)高參數(shù)生物分離機(jī)的澄清性能,并建立最佳澄清條件,為中藥制劑和飲料類物料的分離提純提供參考。設(shè)計(jì)了試驗(yàn)裝置;先用實(shí)驗(yàn)室小試掌握基本數(shù)據(jù);再采用單變量現(xiàn)場(chǎng)測(cè)試,分別改變進(jìn)料量和分離因數(shù),測(cè)試清液的吸光度變化;最后采用均勻設(shè)計(jì)法設(shè)計(jì)了U5(53)試驗(yàn)方案,以最少的試驗(yàn)次數(shù)得到了以吸光度變化百分比為指標(biāo),以Fr、V、C為因素的回歸方程,尋求到最佳澄清條件。
【英文摘要】 Taking green tea suspension as test sample, the clarification performance of YDF250 full automatic high-performance bio-centrifugal separator was tested in the present paper.The optimal clarification conditions were established,which provided references for the separation and purification of materials such as Chinese Traditional Medicine preparation and beverage.
