全焊接板殼式熱交換器在熱水伴熱中的應用

【摘要】 全焊接板殼式熱交換器保持了普通板式換熱器傳熱效率高、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊的優(yōu)點,可以在更高的溫度和壓力下使用,具有高效經(jīng)濟的特點。以蘭州石化公司石油化工廠熱水伴熱改造當中選用全焊接板殼式熱交換器為例,介紹了其應用工藝、結(jié)構(gòu)特點,并與傳統(tǒng)管殼式換熱器進行了比較和經(jīng)濟性分析,建議在煉油石化行業(yè)積極推廣應用此類設(shè)備。
