衛(wèi)生級(jí)雙聯(lián)切換式過(guò)濾器又稱(chēng)衛(wèi)生級(jí)并聯(lián)切換過(guò)濾器，采用兩個(gè)三通球閥，將兩個(gè)單筒過(guò)濾器組裝在一個(gè)機(jī)座上，清洗過(guò)濾器時(shí)不必停車(chē)，保證其連續(xù)工作，是不停車(chē)生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)過(guò)濾裝置首選，本過(guò)濾器的過(guò)濾元件，除采用不銹鋼濾芯外，亦可采有優(yōu)質(zhì)蜂房式脫脂纖維棉，可濾掉粒徑1μ以上的顆粒，本過(guò)濾器亦可單筒使用，此時(shí)只需去掉共同機(jī)座，其余尺寸不變。

雙聯(lián)過(guò)濾器內(nèi)外表面拋光處理，濾筒內(nèi)裝有不銹鋼濾網(wǎng)和濾網(wǎng)支撐籃；頂部裝有放氣閥，供過(guò)濾時(shí)排放濾器內(nèi)空氣作用。上蓋與濾筒連接采用快開(kāi)式結(jié)構(gòu)，更方便清洗(更換)濾網(wǎng)，三只可調(diào)節(jié)式支腳可使濾器平穩(wěn)放置在地面上。連接管路采用活接或卡箍連接方式，進(jìn)出料閥門(mén)采用三通球閥啟閉，耐壓耐溫，操作靈活方便，無(wú)料液泄漏更衛(wèi)生。
