衛(wèi)生級雙聯(lián)切換式過濾器又稱衛(wèi)生級并聯(lián)切換過濾器，采用兩個三通球閥，將兩個單筒過濾器組裝在一個機座上，清洗過濾器時不必停車，保證其連續(xù)工作，是不停車生產(chǎn)線過濾裝置首選，本過濾器的過濾元件，除采用不銹鋼濾芯外，亦可采有優(yōu)質(zhì)蜂房式脫脂纖維棉，可濾掉粒徑1μ以上的顆粒，本過濾器亦可單筒使用，此時只需去掉共同機座，其余尺寸不變。

雙聯(lián)過濾器內(nèi)外表面拋光處理，濾筒內(nèi)裝有不銹鋼濾網(wǎng)和濾網(wǎng)支撐籃；頂部裝有放氣閥，供過濾時排放濾器內(nèi)空氣作用。上蓋與濾筒連接采用快開式結(jié)構(gòu)，更方便清洗(更換)濾網(wǎng)，三只可調(diào)節(jié)式支腳可使濾器平穩(wěn)放置在地面上。連接管路采用活接或卡箍連接方式，進出料閥門采用三通球閥啟閉，耐壓耐溫，操作靈活方便，無料液泄漏更衛(wèi)生。
