艾默生加入歐洲清潔氫聯(lián)盟

據(jù)世界天然氣3月25日消息：為了加強(qiáng)對環(huán)境可持續(xù)性的承諾，全球工程技術(shù)公司艾默生加入了歐洲清潔氫聯(lián)盟。

加入該聯(lián)盟后，艾默生將站在歐洲氫氣發(fā)展的最前沿，并積極支持到2050年實(shí)現(xiàn)碳凈零排放的目標(biāo)。

本月初，艾默生任命了首位首席可持續(xù)發(fā)展官，以加強(qiáng)其在環(huán)境可持續(xù)性、全球技術(shù)和工業(yè)軟件方面的努力和宗旨。

艾默生全球銷售集團(tuán)總裁Roel van Doren在談到公司的承諾時表示:“艾默生的先進(jìn)自動化技術(shù)得到了行業(yè)專家的全球支持，他們了解氫氣行業(yè)在安全性、可靠性和成本方面的具體期望?！?/span>

2020年7月，歐盟委員會宣布了歐盟氫戰(zhàn)略，并啟動了歐洲清潔氫聯(lián)盟。

通過建立該聯(lián)盟，歐盟旨在加強(qiáng)其在快速發(fā)展的氫領(lǐng)域的全球領(lǐng)導(dǎo)地位，從而幫助其在2050年前實(shí)現(xiàn)碳中和目標(biāo)。

歐洲清潔氫聯(lián)盟匯集了200多個行業(yè)、國家和地方政府部門、民間組織和其他利益相關(guān)方，旨在啟動一項(xiàng)投資議程，并支持在整個歐洲擴(kuò)大氫價值鏈。

Emerson joins European Clean Hydrogen Alliance

Strengthening its commitment to environmental sustainability, global engineering and technology company Emerson has joined the European Clean Hydrogen Alliance.

In joining the Alliance, Emerson will be at the forefront of hydrogen developments in Europe and will actively support the goal of reaching net-zero carbon emissions by 2050.

Emerson’s membership follows the appointment of its first-even Chief Sustainability Officer, a move the company made earlier this month (3rd March) to enhance its efforts and purpose around environmental sustainability, global technology and industrial software.

Commenting on the company’s commitments, Roel van Doren, Group President of Global Sales at Emerson, said, “Emerson’s advanced automation technologies are backed by global support from industry experts who understand the specific expectations of the hydrogen sector relating to safety, reliability and cost.”

“This industry-leading combination of innovative technologies and expertise will enable Emerson to contribute to the valuable work of the European Clean Hydrogen Alliance by helping organisations optimise the performance of their hydrogen projects, thereby supporting the push to achieve carbon neutrality.”

In July 2020, the European Commission announced the EU Hydrogen Strategy and the launch of the European Clean Hydrogen Alliance.

By establishing the Alliance, the EU aims to strengthen its global leadership position in the rapidly developing hydrogen domain, which will in turn help it to realise its carbon neutrality goals by 2050.

The European Clean Hydrogen Alliance, which brings together more than 200 industry, national and local public authorities, civil society and other stakeholders, aims to initiate an investment agenda and support the scaling up of the hydrogen value chain across Europe.
