孟加拉國(guó)計(jì)劃在馬塔巴里深港建首個(gè)冷凍LPG終端

據(jù)天然氣新聞2021年3月10日新加坡報(bào)道，孟加拉國(guó)石油公司（BPC）的一名高級(jí)官員3月10日對(duì)記者說(shuō)，由于孟加拉國(guó)努力削減零售價(jià)格以及進(jìn)一步增加進(jìn)口，孟加拉國(guó)計(jì)劃建造本國(guó)首個(gè)具有大約3萬(wàn)噸丙烷和丁烷儲(chǔ)存能力的冷凍液化石油氣（LPG）基地終端，這個(gè)終端能夠接納容量更大的冷凍LPG船。

這名高級(jí)官員說(shuō)，這個(gè)耗資1.5億美元的項(xiàng)目位于孟加拉灣馬塔巴里島的一個(gè)深海港口，預(yù)計(jì)將在2025年完工，不久之后將開(kāi)始運(yùn)營(yíng)。

該官員補(bǔ)充說(shuō)，經(jīng)過(guò)與多家公司的幾輪談判，國(guó)有的孟加拉國(guó)石油公司已將建設(shè)合同授予了由日本丸紅公司(Marubeni Corp.)、維多亞洲公司和新加坡注冊(cè)的PowerCo International Pte. Ltd.組成的國(guó)際財(cái)團(tuán)。

由日本三井公司和韓國(guó)SK Gas公司牽頭的另一個(gè)國(guó)際財(cái)團(tuán)，以及住友公司和Gyxis公司組成的財(cái)團(tuán)也與BPC進(jìn)行了談判。

Bangladesh building first refrigerated LPG terminal at deepsea Matarbari port

Bangladesh plans to build its first refrigerated LPG base terminal with around 30,000 mt of storage capacity to enable the bulk import of propane and butane in bigger refrigerated LPG vessels as it strives to cut retail prices and further boost imports, a senior BPC official said.

The $150 million project at a deepsea port on Matarbari island, in the Bay of Bengal, is expected to be ready by 2025 and will commence operations soon after, the official said.

State-run Bangladesh Petroleum Corp., or BPC, has awarded the building contract to a consortium of Japan's Marubeni Corp., Vitol Asia Pte. Ltd. and Singapore-registered PowerCo International Pte. Ltd., after several rounds of negotiations with a number of companies, the official added.

Another consortium led by Japan's Mitsui and South Korea's SK Gas, as well as the Sumitomo Corp.-Gyxis Corp. consortium, were also in talks with BPC.
