挪威：海王星能源公司增持大型海上勘探區(qū)塊股份

據(jù)離岸工程網(wǎng)站10月8日消息 石油和天然氣公司海王星能源公司（Neptune Energy）正在增加其在挪威一個(gè)海上許可證中的股份，該許可證包含Dugong石油發(fā)現(xiàn)，被稱為今年迄今為止挪威最大的石油發(fā)現(xiàn)地。該公司希望在2022年提交油田開(kāi)發(fā)計(jì)劃。

北海PL882許可證的運(yùn)營(yíng)商海王星能源已同意從其合作伙伴Concedo手中進(jìn)一步收購(gòu)該離岸區(qū)塊5%的權(quán)益，將其對(duì)Dugong的持股比例提升至45%。

海王星能源表示：“這筆付款將部分是現(xiàn)金，部分是未來(lái)成本的結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)，部分是或有付款?！?/span>

交易完成后，Dugong的合作伙伴將是海王星能源（運(yùn)營(yíng)商，45%）、Concedo（15%）、Petrolia NOCO（20%）和日本出光石油挪威公司（20%）。

據(jù)估計(jì)，Dugong石油儲(chǔ)量在0.4-1.2億桶油當(dāng)量之間，位于挪威弗洛羅以西158公里處、水深330米，靠近現(xiàn)有生產(chǎn)設(shè)施。

Norway: Neptune Energy Increases Stake in Large Offshore Discovery

Oil and gas company Neptune Energy is increasing its stake in an offshore license in Norway which contains the Dugong oil discovery, dubbed Norway's largest oil find so far this year. The company hopes to submit the field development plan in 2022.

Neptune Energy, the operator of the license PL882 in the North Sea, has agreed to acquire a further 5% interest in the offshore block from its partners Concedo, lifting its interest in Dugong to 45%.

"The payment will be partly cash, partly carry of future cost and partly a contingent payment," Neptune said.

On completion of the transaction, the Dugong partners will be Neptune Energy (operator and 45%), Concedo (15%), Petrolia NOCO (20%) and Idemitsu Petroleum Norge (20%).

Volumes at the Dugong discovery are estimated to be in the range of 40-120 million barrels of oil equivalent (boe). The discovery is located 158 kilometers west of Flor?, Norway, at a water depth of 330 meters, and is close to existing production facilities.
