據(jù)MENAFN通訊社9月7日消息稱，卡里亞能源公司今天宣布，將簽署多項最終協(xié)議，收購非洲國家上游和中游油氣資產(chǎn)。

卡里亞能源公司的技術(shù)和資金實力使其能夠?qū)⒓幽么蠛兔绹莫殑?chuàng)性引入非洲日益增長的石油和天然氣市場。

卡里亞能源公司及其管理團(tuán)隊在莫桑比克、尼日利亞、塞內(nèi)加爾、剛果民主共和國、剛果共和國和加蓬等國的各類深淺水項目中擁有豐富的經(jīng)驗，為這些國家提供了巨大的投資機會。在花了16個月的時間審查來自各種IOC的數(shù)據(jù)之后，卡里亞能源公司將通過轉(zhuǎn)讓交易、或通過風(fēng)險服務(wù)合同運營商、或與主權(quán)政府直接談判等方式，尋求各種勘探和開發(fā)項目的收購。
