前8月阿塞拜疆國家石油基金油氣田收入已達30億美元

據(jù)Azernews新聞網(wǎng)站9月2日消息 據(jù)阿塞拜疆國家石油基金（SOFAZ）報告稱，截至2020年1-8月，國家石油基金從主要油氣田獲得的收入達30億美元。

根據(jù)聲明，1-8月阿塞拜疆Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli油田區(qū)塊的收入達26億美元，這是里海阿塞拜疆區(qū)最大的油田。

此外，今年前8個月該基金從世界上最大的凝析油氣田之一的Shah Deniz油田獲得的收入達2.32億美元。銷售Shah Deniz油田凝析油的收入達1.66億美元。

SOFAZ于1999年根據(jù)總統(tǒng)令成立，是阿塞拜疆的主權(quán)財富基金，為子孫后代積累和保存國家的石油和天然氣收入。SOFAZ的根本使命是確保國家石油財富的代際平等，為子孫后代積累和保障石油收入。

該基金從出售石油合同中積累收入，并于2003年開始向阿塞拜疆國家預(yù)算轉(zhuǎn)移資金。目前，SOFAZ對國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值的貢獻率超過80%。

Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli (ACG)油田開發(fā)合同于1994年9月20日簽署，12月生效。ACG區(qū)塊開發(fā)合同于2017年9月延長至2050年。

Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli項目的股東包括英國石油公司（BP）（運營商，30.37%）、阿塞拜疆國家石油公司（SOCAR）（25%）、美國雪佛龍（9.57%）、?？松梨冢?.79%）、印度石油天然氣公司（2.31%）、日本Inpex公司（9.31%）、伊藤忠石油（3.65%）、挪威國家石油公司（7.27%）和土耳其國家石油公司（5.73%）。

SOFAZ's revenues from oil, gas fields hit $3bn in 2020

State Oil Fund's revenues from the major oil and gas fields amounted to $3 billion for the period of January-August 2020, the Fund has reported.

According to the statement, revenues from the Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli block of fields, which are the largest oil fields in the Azerbaijani sector of the Caspian Sea, amounted to $2.6 billion, during the reporting period.

Moreover, fund's revenues from the Shah Deniz field, which is among the world’s largest gas-condensate fields, amounted to $232 million, during the first eight months of the year. Revenues from the sale of condensate from Shah Deniz field amounted to $166 million.

Established upon presidential decree in 1999, SOFAZ is Azerbaijan’s sovereign wealth fund, which accumulates and preserves the nation's oil and gas revenues for future generations. The fundamental mission of SOFAZ is to ensure intergenerational equality with regard to the country's oil wealth and to accumulate and safeguard the oil revenues for generations to come.

The Fund accumulates income from the sale of oil contracts, and in 2003 it started to make transfers to the state budget of Azerbaijan. As for now, SOFAZ’s contribution to the country’s GDP is over 80 percent.

The contract for the development of Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli (ACG) oil fields was signed on September 20, 1994 and entered into force in December. The contract for the development of ACG block was extended to 2050 in September 2017.

The shareholders in the Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli project are BP (operator, 30.37 percent), SOCAR (25 percent), American Chevron (9.57 percent), ExxonMobil (6.79 percent), Indian ONGC (2.31 percent), Japanese Inpex Corp. (9.31 percent), ITOCHU Oil (3.65 percent), Norwegian Statoil (7.27 percent) and Turkish TPAO (5.73 percent).

The contract on development of Shah Deniz gas field was signed in 1996. Shareholders of Shah Deniz project are: BP (operator, 28.8 percent), TPAO (19 percent), SOCAR (16.7 percent), Petronas (15.5 percent), LUKOIL (10 percent) and NICO (10 percent).
