道達(dá)爾和麥格理將開(kāi)發(fā)韓國(guó)風(fēng)能項(xiàng)目

據(jù)路透社 9月1日巴黎/倫敦報(bào)道，法國(guó)能源集團(tuán)道達(dá)爾和麥格理的綠色投資集團(tuán)周二表示，兩家公司已達(dá)成合作，將在韓國(guó)開(kāi)發(fā)五個(gè)大型浮動(dòng)式海上風(fēng)能項(xiàng)目。

道達(dá)爾等石油公司一直在加大對(duì)可再生能源項(xiàng)目的投資，以減少對(duì)化石燃料的依賴，并加大對(duì)低碳投資的投入。

風(fēng)能項(xiàng)目的潛在聯(lián)合產(chǎn)能約為2.3吉瓦(GW)，道達(dá)爾和麥格理旨在2023年底前啟動(dòng)首個(gè)約500兆瓦項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)。

道達(dá)爾的董事長(zhǎng)兼首席執(zhí)行官Patrick Pouyanne表示:“我們進(jìn)軍韓國(guó)浮動(dòng)式海上風(fēng)能領(lǐng)域符合道達(dá)爾在全球可再生能源開(kāi)發(fā)中盈利的戰(zhàn)略，也有助于實(shí)現(xiàn)我們的零排放目標(biāo)。”

目前，道達(dá)爾擁有約5吉瓦可再生能源發(fā)電能力，并計(jì)劃到2025年達(dá)到25吉瓦。

韓國(guó)希望建造更多可再生能源發(fā)電廠，以減少對(duì)煤炭的依賴，并使之成為2050年實(shí)現(xiàn)凈零排放努力的一部分。

Total and Macquarie to develop South Korea wind projects

French energy group Total and Macquarie's Green Investment Group have concluded a partnership to develop five large floating offshore wind projects in South Korea, the firms said on Tuesday.

Oil companies like Total have been ramping up investment in renewable projects in a bid to reduce their reliance on fossil fuels and increase their exposure to low-carbon investments.

The wind projects have a potential joint capacity of around 2.3 gigawatts (GW), and Total and Macquarie aim to launch construction of the first project of around 500 megawatts by the end of 2023.

"Our entry in the floating offshore wind segment in South Korea is in line with Total's strategy to profitably develop renewable energy worldwide and contribute to our net zero ambition," Chairman and CEO Patrick Pouyanne said.

Total currently has around 5 GW of renewable power capacity and is aiming for 25 GW by 2025.

South Korea wants to build more renewable power plants and reduce its reliance on coal as part of efforts to reach net zero emissions by 2050.
