阿國(guó)油將把10月長(zhǎng)期客戶所有等級(jí)原油削減30%

據(jù)原油新聞2020年8月31日迪拜報(bào)道，一位知情人士8月31日表示，阿聯(lián)酋最大能源生產(chǎn)公司阿布扎比國(guó)家石油公司（阿國(guó)油/ADNOC）日前已通知其長(zhǎng)期客戶，與前3個(gè)月5%的降幅相比，阿國(guó)油將把10月份供應(yīng)長(zhǎng)期客戶的4個(gè)等級(jí)原油的數(shù)量削減30%。

這名知情人士稱，阿國(guó)油已通知那些按月提高合同供應(yīng)量的客戶，阿國(guó)油10月份將把其較受歡迎的4個(gè)等級(jí)原油穆爾班原油、上扎庫(kù)姆原油、烏姆魯魯原油和達(dá)斯混合原油的出口數(shù)量減少30%。

在此之前，阿國(guó)油曾把9月、8月和7月供應(yīng)長(zhǎng)期客戶的4個(gè)等級(jí)原油的數(shù)量下調(diào)了5%。由于阿聯(lián)酋加入沙特阿拉伯、科威特和阿曼的陣營(yíng)自愿將6月份的原油產(chǎn)量進(jìn)一步降低到低于歐佩克+配額的水平，穆爾班原油和上扎庫(kù)姆原油的產(chǎn)量已經(jīng)減少了20%，達(dá)斯混合原油和烏姆魯魯原油的產(chǎn)量減少了5%。

歐佩克+成員國(guó)從8月1日開始放寬減產(chǎn)幅度，從5月至7月實(shí)施的歷史性的每日削減960萬(wàn)桶降至每日770萬(wàn)桶。

根據(jù)歐佩克+減產(chǎn)協(xié)議，截至8月1日，阿聯(lián)酋的配額為每天250.9萬(wàn)桶，而5月至7月的配額為每天244.6萬(wàn)桶。阿聯(lián)酋是歐佩克第三大產(chǎn)油國(guó)。

UAE's ADNOC cuts October term volumes by 30% for all crude grades

Abu Dhabi National Oil Co., the UAE's biggest energy producer, has informed its term customers it will reduce by 30% all four grades' nominations in October, deeper than the 5% cut in the previous three months, a source familiar with the matter said on Aug. 31.

ADNOC informed customers who lift contracted monthly volumes -- known as term lifters -- that it would cut the quantity of volumes available for export over October by 30% for its more popular Murban and Upper Zakum grades and for Umm Lulu and Das Blend, the source said.

It follows the 5% cut that ADNOC made for September, August and July. June term volumes of Murban and Upper Zakum had been slashed 20%, with Das Blend and Umm Lulu cut 5%, as the UAE joined Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Oman in enacting voluntary additional cuts below their OPEC+ quotas for that month only.

OPEC+ members started on Aug. 1 relaxing their output cuts down to 7.7 million b/d from the historic 9.6 million b/d that was implemented May through July.

The UAE, OPEC's third-biggest oil producer, has a quota of 2.590 million b/d as of Aug. 1, compared to 2.446 million b/d in May through July, according to the OPEC+ agreement.
