日本經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)省(Meti)今天公布的數(shù)據(jù)顯示,日本7月原油進(jìn)口量增加13%,至約200萬桶/天。從7月4日當(dāng)周至8月1日當(dāng)周,原油進(jìn)口量平均上漲59.6%,而前四周為58.2%,但總體進(jìn)口仍比去年同期下降31.9%。
從沙特阿拉伯進(jìn)口的原油與去年同期相比下降8.7%,至約92.9萬桶/天,而從阿聯(lián)酋的進(jìn)口下降22%,至約71.1萬桶/天。日本從卡塔爾進(jìn)口16萬桶/天,比2019年7月下降46.5%,從科威特進(jìn)口14.2萬桶/天,下降34.8%。巴林的交貨量也下降24.8%,至4.7萬桶/天。
7月,從俄羅斯的進(jìn)口量下降85.3%,至2.4萬桶/天。但是來自馬來西亞和阿爾及利亞的石油進(jìn)口量同比分別增長53.8%和66.4%,分別達(dá)到3萬桶/天和1.7萬桶/天。同時(shí)也增加了從澳大利亞的原油進(jìn)口,漲幅10.8%,達(dá)到每天8000桶。

Japan's crude imports in July increased from June as Japanese refiners increased run rates.
Japan's crude imports in July increased by 13pc to around 2mn b/d, according to data released today by the industry ministry (Meti). Imports rose on higher crude runs that averaged 59.6pc over the month, from the week to 4 July to the week to 1 August, compared with 58.2pc in the previous four weeks. But overall imports were still lower by 31.9pc from a year earlier.
Crude imports from Saudi Arabia fell by 8.7pc from a year earlier to around 929,000 b/d in July while imports from the UAE dropped by 22pc to around 711,000 b/d. Japan imported 160,000 b/d from Qatar, down by 46.5pc from July 2019, and 142,000 b/d from Kuwait that was down by 34.8pc. Deliveries from Bahrain also dropped by 24.8pc to 47,000 b/d.
Imports from Russia declined by 85.3pc to 24,000 b/d in July. There were no imports from the US over the month after Japan purchased 110,000 b/d in July 2019.
But purchases from Malaysia and Algeria rose by 53.8pc to 30,000 b/d and by 66.4pc to 17,000 b/d from a year earlier, respectively. Japan also increased its crude imports from Australia, up by 10.8pc to 8,000 b/d in July.
The country's total fuel sales were still lower by 8.4pc from a year earlier but continued to recover in July, up by 7.6pc from June, according to Meti. Consumption of gasoline and gasoil increased by 8.2pc to around 819,000 b/d and by 3.1pc to around 536,000 b/d, respectively.
