上半年阿塞拜疆石油基金油氣收入獲益28億美元

據(jù)8月10日Neftegaz.RU.報(bào)道，2020上半年，阿塞拜疆國(guó)家石油基金（SOFAZ）從主要油氣田獲得的收入達(dá)到28億美元。在本報(bào)告所述期間，來(lái)自里海阿塞拜疆地區(qū)最大的ACG油田的收入為24億美元。

此外，今年上半年，SOFAZ從沙赫德尼茲氣田所獲得到收入達(dá)到2.155億美元，該氣田是世界上最大的天然氣凝析氣田之一。沙赫德尼茲油田的凝析油銷售收入達(dá)到1.49億美元。

SOFAZ是阿塞拜疆的主權(quán)財(cái)富基金， SOFAZ的基本使命是確保國(guó)家石油財(cái)富的代際平等，為國(guó)家未來(lái)積累和保存石油和天然氣收入。

該基金通過(guò)出售石油合同積累收入，并于2003年開(kāi)始向阿塞拜疆國(guó)家預(yù)算轉(zhuǎn)移資金。截至目前，SOFAZ對(duì)該國(guó)GDP的貢獻(xiàn)超過(guò)了80%。

Azerbaijan′s SOFAZ revenues from oil and gas fields hit $2.8 bln in 2020

The revenues of the State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ) from the major oil and gas fields amounted to $2.8 billion in the first six months of 2020, Azernews reported.

During the reporting period, revenues from the Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli field, which is the largest oil field in the Azerbaijani sector of the Caspian Sea, amounted to $2.4 billion.

Moreover, SOFAZ’s revenues from the offshore Shah Deniz field gas filed, which is among the world’s largest gas-condensate fields, amounted to $215.5 million in the first six months of the year. Revenues from the sale of condensate from Shah Deniz field amounted to $149 million.

Established upon presidential decree in 1999, SOFAZ is Azerbaijan’s sovereign wealth fund, which accumulates and preserves the nation's oil and gas revenues for future generations. The fundamental mission of SOFAZ is to ensure intergenerational equality with regard to the country's oil wealth and to accumulate and safeguard the oil revenues for generations to come.

The Fund accumulates income from the sale of oil contracts, and in 2003 it started to make transfers to the state budget of Azerbaijan. As for now, SOFAZ’s contribution to the country’s GDP is over 80 %.
