烏克蘭將增加國內(nèi)天然氣產(chǎn)量

據(jù)8月7日Oil Monster消息：烏克蘭最大的天然氣生產(chǎn)商烏克蘭天然氣公司將提高國內(nèi)天然氣產(chǎn)量，減少該國對進(jìn)口的依賴，并提高該行業(yè)的效率和透明度。

該公司將使用從歐洲復(fù)興開發(fā)銀行獲得的5190萬歐元(6150萬美元)主權(quán)貸款來實(shí)現(xiàn)這一目標(biāo)。

烏克蘭天然氣公司負(fù)責(zé)烏克蘭75%的國內(nèi)天然氣生產(chǎn)，該公司將分兩批獲得歐洲復(fù)興開發(fā)銀行的貸款:

首批最高3640萬歐元(4310萬美元)的貸款將用于購買修井設(shè)備，這將有助于提高現(xiàn)有油田的天然氣產(chǎn)量。

第二批高達(dá)1550萬歐元(1830萬美元)將用于引進(jìn)創(chuàng)新的有機(jī)朗肯循環(huán)余熱回收系統(tǒng)，該系統(tǒng)位于烏克蘭西部的洛卡奇。

該筆貸款屬于歐洲復(fù)興開發(fā)銀行對烏克蘭天然氣部門改革的長期承諾。該銀行正在協(xié)助該國建立天然氣交易所。

Ukraine to Increase Domestic Natural Gas Production

Ukraine’s largest natural gas producer, Ukrgasvydobuvannya, will increase domestic natural gas production, reduce the country’s dependency on imports and improve the efficiency and transparency of the sector.

The utility will use a €51.9 million ($61.5 million) sovereign loan secured from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development to do so.

Ukrgasvydobuvannya, responsible for 75% of domestic gas production in Ukraine, will receive the EBRD loan in two tranches:

Up to €36.4 million ($43.1 million) will be used to finance the procurement of workover rigs, which will help increase natural gas production at existing fields.

Up to €15.5 million ($18.3 million) will be used for the introduction of innovative Organic Rankine Cycle waste-heat recovery systems at UGV’s site in Lokachi, western Ukraine.

The loan falls under EBRD’s long-term commitment to the reform of the gas sector in Ukraine.

EBRD is assisting in setting up a natural gas exchange in the country.

EBRD and Ukrgasvydobuvannya have also cooperated on legal changes required to attract private investors to Ukraine’s upstream industry.

The bank is the largest international financial investor in Ukraine with up to €15 billion in investments made through 466 projects.
