俄羅斯煉油廠將在8月份提高原油加工量

據(jù)石油新聞2020年7月22日倫敦報(bào)道，俄羅斯能源部副部長(zhǎng)帕維爾·索羅金22日在莫斯科表示，由于歐佩克+協(xié)議的產(chǎn)量限制將在8月開(kāi)始緩解，俄羅斯能源部日前已經(jīng)敦促國(guó)內(nèi)原油生產(chǎn)商向國(guó)內(nèi)煉油廠輸送更多數(shù)量的原油。

索羅金稱：“由于我們預(yù)計(jì)8月份原油產(chǎn)量將增加，我們現(xiàn)在建議國(guó)內(nèi)原油生產(chǎn)商最大限度地向俄羅斯煉油廠輸送原油?！?/span>

他補(bǔ)充稱，增加當(dāng)?shù)責(zé)捰蛷S的原油供應(yīng)量將使汽油產(chǎn)量得以增加，以便為維修期間創(chuàng)造庫(kù)存。

過(guò)去幾個(gè)月，俄羅斯包括柴油和汽油在內(nèi)的成品油出口量大幅下降，以便在疫情期間優(yōu)先考慮滿足國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)需求。

俄羅斯還頒布了一項(xiàng)臨時(shí)禁令，在10月1日前禁止進(jìn)口石油產(chǎn)品，包括汽油、柴油和航空燃料，以期保護(hù)國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)。

根據(jù)歐佩克+協(xié)議，從8月份開(kāi)始，俄羅斯將獲準(zhǔn)將原油日產(chǎn)量增加40萬(wàn)桶，增至大約900萬(wàn)桶。

Russian refineries to raise runs in August

The Russian energy ministry has urged oil producers to send additional volumes to domestic refineries as output limitations under the OPEC+ deal ease starting August, deputy energy minister Pavel Sorokin said.

"As we expect production increase in August, we now recommend to send maximum possible volumes of this spike to Russian refineries," Sorokin said.

Additional loading of local refineries would allow increasing the output of gasoline in order to create inventories for the period of repair works, he added.

In the past months, exports of oil products, including diesel and gasoline, significantly dropped in order to prioritize the domestic market amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Russia also introduced a temporary ban on the import of oil products, including gasoline, diesel and jet fuel, until October 1 in order to protect the domestic market.

Starting August, Russia will be allowed to increase crude oil output by 400,000 b/d to about 9 million b/d under the OPEC+ deal.
