泰國公司收購Borkum Riffgrund 2海上風(fēng)電項目股份

據(jù)7月7日Offshore Energy消息：泰國海灣能源發(fā)展公共公司獲得了德國Borkum Riffgrund 2海上風(fēng)電場50%的股權(quán)。

該公司通過其子公司海灣國際控股公司(GIH)收購了Borkum Riffgrund 2投資者控股公司(BKR2)100%股份，該子公司與全球基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施合作伙伴(GIP)簽訂了股份購買協(xié)議。

合同于7月3日生效。剩下的50%由?rsted持有。

“該公司預(yù)見到BKR2項目的潛力，這與該公司在海外拓展可再生能源業(yè)務(wù)的戰(zhàn)略相一致，該交易將允許該公司與海上風(fēng)電領(lǐng)域的全球市場領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者達(dá)成戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴關(guān)系，”Gulf寫道。

Borkum Riffgrund 2位于下薩克森州海岸56公里處，由56臺MHI Vestas V164-8.3 MW渦輪機(jī)組成，采用兩種不同類型的基礎(chǔ)結(jié)構(gòu)——帶有螺栓連接過渡件的單軸發(fā)動機(jī)和吸入桶套。

2018年11月450兆瓦海上風(fēng)電場全面投入運(yùn)營，2019年6月正式啟用。

Thai company takes 50% stake in Borkum Riffgrund 2 offshore wind project

The Thailand-based Gulf Energy Development Public Company has acquired a 50% interest in the Borkum Riffgrund 2 offshore wind farm in Germany.

The company acquired 100% shares of Borkum Riffgrund 2 Investor Holding (BKR2) through its subsidiary Gulf International Holding (GIH) which entered into a share purchasing agreement with Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP).

The contract came into effect on 3 July. The remaining 50% is held by ?rsted.

“The Company foresees the potential of the BKR2 Project, which is consistent with the Company’s strategy to expand its renewable energy business overseas, and the transaction will allow the Company to enter into to a strategic partnership with the global market leader in offshore wind like ?rsted,” Gulf writes.

Located 56km off the coast of Lower Saxony, Borkum Riffgrund 2 consists of 56 MHI Vestas V164-8.3 MW turbines with two different types of foundations – monopiles with bolted transition pieces and suction bucket jackets.

The 450 MW offshore wind farm was fully commissioned in November 2018 and officially inaugurated in June 2019.
