沙特阿美認(rèn)為全球石油日需求量已達(dá)到9000萬桶

據(jù)石油新聞2020年6月30日迪拜報(bào)道，沙特阿拉伯國家石油公司（沙特阿美）總裁兼首席執(zhí)行官阿敏·納賽爾在6月30日發(fā)表的采訪記錄中表示，全球石油日需求量已反彈至近9000萬桶，部分扭轉(zhuǎn)了COVID-19大流行造成的消費(fèi)低迷。

納賽爾是在IHS Markit組織的CERAWeek在線活動(dòng)上發(fā)表上述講話的。他說：“最糟糕的時(shí)期已經(jīng)過去，西德克薩斯中質(zhì)原油的交易價(jià)格已從每桶-40美元增至+ 40美元。今年4月，我們曾預(yù)計(jì)今年全球石油日需求量約為7500萬至8000萬桶，而當(dāng)時(shí)的石油供應(yīng)量相當(dāng)可觀。目前的供應(yīng)量已接近9000萬桶/天。我對(duì)今年下半年的形勢非常樂觀。”

據(jù)資訊公司預(yù)測，今年全球石油日需求量將同比減少830萬桶，降至9420萬桶。

納賽爾說：“有不同的預(yù)測認(rèn)為，到今年年底前，全球石油日需求量將在9500萬桶到9700萬桶之間。所以，這完全取決于是否會(huì)有第二波新冠病毒疫情爆發(fā)。但是我也不擔(dān)心第二波疫情，因?yàn)槲艺J(rèn)為我們現(xiàn)在準(zhǔn)備得更好了?！?/span>

Saudi Aramco CEO sees oil demand at 90 mil b/d in COVID-19 recovery

Oil demand has rebounded close to 90 million b/d, partly reversing a slump in consumption caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, Saudi Aramco's president and CEO Amin Nasser has said in the transcript of an interview published on June 30.

"The worst is behind us," said Nasser, speaking at an online event for CERAWeek organized by IHS Markit. "We went from -$40 b/d to +$40 b/d with WTI. In April we were looking at demand of about 75-80 million b/d with significant supply at that time. Currently you are looking at almost close to 90 million b/d. I'm very optimistic about the second half of this year."

Analytics Agencyis forecasting oil demand will fall year-on-year by 8.3 million b/d in 2020 to 94.2 million b/d.

"There are different forecasts looking at between 95 million and 97 million b/d by year-end. So, it will all depend on whether there will be a second wave of coronavirus or not. But I am also not as concerned about a second wave because I think we are much better prepared now," said Nasser.
