埃尼集團(tuán)在埃及近海發(fā)現(xiàn)天然氣

據(jù)7月1日Offshore Energy報(bào)道稱，埃尼集團(tuán)已獲得埃及北厄爾哈默德的第一口探井許可證，該探井位于在尼羅河三角洲的埃及水域，在一個(gè)叫Bashrush的地方。

意大利埃尼集團(tuán)是該區(qū)塊的運(yùn)營商，英國石油和道達(dá)爾是合作伙伴。

埃尼集團(tuán)周三表示，新發(fā)現(xiàn)的天然氣位于22米水深處，距海岸11公里，西北距努羅斯油田12公里，距離巴爾的摩西南油田約1公里，兩處都已在生產(chǎn)。

該井在Abu Madi組Messian砂巖中發(fā)現(xiàn)了一個(gè)152米厚的氣柱，具有良好的巖石物理性質(zhì)。目前，這口井將進(jìn)行試產(chǎn)。

據(jù)埃尼集團(tuán)稱，Bashrush的發(fā)現(xiàn)表明，在埃及近海淺水區(qū)，梅西尼亞地層具有巨大的天然氣和凝析油潛力，也將Abu Madi組儲層的天然氣潛力擴(kuò)大到西部，這些儲層是在所謂的“大努羅斯地區(qū)”發(fā)現(xiàn)和生產(chǎn)的。

Eni cheers new gas discovery offshore Egypt

Eni has successfully drilled the first exploration well in the North El Hammad license, in the conventional Egyptian waters of the Nile Delta, on the prospect called Bashrush.

Italy’s Eni is the operator of the block with BP and Total as partners.

Eni said on Wednesday that the new discovery is located in 22 meters of water depth, 11 km from the coast and 12 km North-West from the Nooros field and about 1 km west of the Baltim South West field, both already in production.

The well discovered a single 152 meters thick gas column within the Messinian age sandstones of the Abu Madi formation with excellent petrophysical properties. The well will be tested for production.

According to Eni, the discovery of Bashrush demonstrates the significant gas and condensate potential of the Messinian formations in this sector of the Egyptian Offshore shallow waters.

The discovery of Bashrush further extends to the west the gas potential of the Abu Madi formation reservoirs discovered and produced from the so-called “Great Nooros Area”.
