印度3月LNG進(jìn)口增加

據(jù)世界天然氣網(wǎng)站4月29日消息 印度3月份液化天然氣進(jìn)口同比增長(zhǎng)20.4%。

印度石油部石油規(guī)劃和分析小組（PPAC）的數(shù)據(jù)顯示，印度上月進(jìn)口了28.7億立方米的液化天然氣，而2019年3月為23.8億立方米。

PPAC表示，截至2020年3月的財(cái)年，印度液化天然氣進(jìn)口同比增長(zhǎng)17.2%，達(dá)到337億立方米。

3月份液化天然氣進(jìn)口成本為7億美元，而印度在截至今年3月的一年中為液化天然氣進(jìn)口支付了95億美元。

相比之下，印度分別在2019年3月和截至2019年3月的財(cái)年為液化天然氣進(jìn)口支付了7億美元和103億美元。

PPAC數(shù)據(jù)顯示，印度液化天然氣公司的1750萬(wàn)噸/年達(dá)赫終端繼續(xù)在滿(mǎn)負(fù)荷利用率以上運(yùn)行。

在2019年4月至2020年2月期間，古吉拉特邦的液化天然氣進(jìn)口終端的產(chǎn)能利用率為104.2%。

同期，殼牌公司每年500萬(wàn)噸的哈茲拉液化天然氣終端的產(chǎn)能為98.8%。

從印度國(guó)內(nèi)天然氣產(chǎn)量來(lái)看，3月份印度天然氣產(chǎn)量下降14.4%，至24億立方米。

PPAC表示，截至今年3月的財(cái)年，石油產(chǎn)量增長(zhǎng)5.2%，至311.8億立方米。

India boosts March LNG imports

India’s liquefied natural gas imports in March increased by 20.4 per cent when compared to the same month before.

India imported 2.87 billion cubic meters of LNG last month compared to 2.38 billion cubic meters in March 2019, data from the oil ministry’s Petroleum Planning and Analysis Cell shows.

During the fiscal year ending March 2020, India’s LNG imports rose 17.2 per cent year-on-year to 33.7 billion cubic meters, PPAC said.

The costs of March LNG imports were at $0.7 billion, while India paid $9.5 billion for the LNG imports in the year ending this March.

This compares to $0.7 billion and $10.3 billion India paid for LNG imports in March 2019 and fiscal year ending March 2019, respectively.

PPAC data shows that Petronet LNG’s 17.5 million tonnes per year Dahej terminal continues to operate above full capacity utilization.

The LNG import terminal in Gujarat operated at 104.2 per cent capacity utilization during the April 2019-February 2020 period.

Shell’s 5 million tonnes per year Hazira LNG terminal operated at 98.8 percent capacity during the same period.

Looking at India’s domestic natural gas production, it dropped 14.4 per cent in March to 2.4 billion cubic meters.

In the fiscal year ending this March, production increased by 5.2 per cent to 31.18 billion cubic meters, PPAC said.
