達(dá)納天然氣公司計(jì)劃拆分上游業(yè)務(wù)

據(jù)4月1日NS Energy報道，如果將上游業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行分拆，那么達(dá)納天然氣公司的現(xiàn)有股東將持有拆分后兩家公司的股份，這兩家公司將在阿布扎比證券交易所(ADX)上市。

總部位于阿聯(lián)酋的達(dá)納天然氣公司透露，計(jì)劃啟動一項(xiàng)可行性研究，探索將其上游業(yè)務(wù)分拆成一家新公司的可能性。目前，該公司的上游石油和天然氣資產(chǎn)包括埃及的一家子公司，以及庫爾德斯坦一家名為“Pearl Petroleum”的勘探和生產(chǎn)企業(yè)35%的股份。

據(jù)《卡利杰時報》報道，達(dá)納天然氣公司的中游業(yè)務(wù)包括阿聯(lián)酋天然氣項(xiàng)目——目前正在就2005-2014年和2014-2030年這兩個時期的兩項(xiàng)損害賠償進(jìn)行仲裁。

該公司表示，其上游和中游業(yè)務(wù)的投資前景相當(dāng)可觀，這就是其董事會認(rèn)為，將這些業(yè)務(wù)重組為獨(dú)立的上市公司，會給股東帶來益處的原因。

Dana Gas mulls demerging upstream operations into separate entity

Should the demerger be carried out, then existing shareholders of Dana Gas will hold shares in the two separate firms, which will be listed on the ADX.

UAE-based Dana Gas has revealed plans to launch a feasibility study to explore a possible demerger of its upstream operations into a new company.

The demerged company will also be listed on the Abu Dhabi Stock Exchange (ADX).

Currently, the company’s upstream oil and gas producing assets include a subsidiary in Egypt and a 35% stake in an exploration and production focused business in Kurdistan called Pearl Petroleum.

Dana Gas’ midstream business includes the UAE gas project, which is presently under arbitration, reported Khaleej Times. According to the publication, two separate damages claims are being made pertaining to the 2005-2014 and 2014-2030 periods.

The company said that its upstream and the midstream units have quite distinguished investment prospects, which is why its board thinks that there are various benefits to be realised by shareholders from structuring them as separate listed businesses.
