SOCAR與挪國(guó)油在阿塞拜疆卡拉巴油田有石油發(fā)現(xiàn)

據(jù)歐洲石油3月23日消息，SOCAR公司和挪威國(guó)油已經(jīng)證實(shí)，在里海阿塞拜疆地區(qū)巴庫以東120公里處卡拉巴油田有石油發(fā)現(xiàn)。

卡拉巴油田首口評(píng)價(jià)井于2019年12月23日開始鉆探。這口井由SOCAR里海鉆井公司運(yùn)營(yíng)的Dada Gorgud半潛式鉆井平臺(tái)在水深180米的地方進(jìn)行鉆探。對(duì)卡拉巴油田的商業(yè)開發(fā)而言，已發(fā)現(xiàn)油氣儲(chǔ)量的估計(jì)規(guī)模是令人滿意的。

SOCAR總裁Rovnag Abdullayev表示：“卡拉巴油田是新時(shí)期發(fā)現(xiàn)的第一個(gè)油田，其石油儲(chǔ)量估計(jì)超過6000萬噸。評(píng)估能夠安全、及時(shí)、順利地交付給目標(biāo)，是SOCAR與挪威國(guó)油有效合作的結(jié)果。卡拉巴油田的開發(fā)將大大增加阿塞拜疆的石油收入。”

SOCAR, Equinor confirm discovery of Karabagh Oil Field in Azerbaijan

SOCAR and Norway’s Equinor have confirmed a discovery of Karabagh field located 120 kilometers offshore, east of Baku, in the Azerbaijan sector of the Caspian Sea.

Drilling of the first appraisal well at Karabagh oil field was started on December 23, 2019. The well was drilled in water depth of 180 meters by the Dada Gorgud semi-submersible drilling rig operated by SOCAR’s Caspian Drilling Company (CDC). Estimated size of the discovered volumes of oil and gas are satisfactory for pursuing commercial development of the Karabagh field.

SOCAR’s President, Rovnag Abdullayev said: “Karabagh is the first oil field discovered during the independence period of our country and its oil reserves estimated more than 60 million tons. The successful delivery of the appraisal well to the target safely and on time is the result of effective collaboration of SOCAR and Equinor. Development of the Karabagh field will significantly contribute to Azerbaijan’s oil incomes.”
