Pavilion能源與新加坡LNG公司簽署LNG協(xié)議

據(jù)烴加工新聞3月10日消息稱，Pavilion能源公司和新加坡液化天然氣公司（SLNG）簽署了一項(xiàng)為期五年的協(xié)議，在裕廊島SLNG終端進(jìn)行液化天然氣儲(chǔ)存和再裝填服務(wù)，進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)了雙方的合作。這是首個(gè)為期兩年以上、經(jīng)過競爭性投標(biāo)程序簽署的此類協(xié)議。

根據(jù)該協(xié)議，未來5年，Pavilion能源公司將在SLNG終端獲得18萬立方米的獨(dú)立產(chǎn)能。這些產(chǎn)能將支持更多的液化天然氣貿(mào)易活動(dòng)，包括液化天然氣散貨和船舶冷卻服務(wù)。該合同的期限較長，使Pavilion能源公司在管理其液化天然氣投資組合、市場波動(dòng)和需求動(dòng)態(tài)方面具有更大的靈活性。

全球液化天然氣貿(mào)易繼續(xù)增長，2018年進(jìn)口量達(dá)到3.13億噸，其中現(xiàn)貨貿(mào)易占四分之一。2018年，新加坡的液化天然氣再出口總量在全球排名第二，而Pavilion能源公司是新加坡再出口總量的主要貢獻(xiàn)者之一。鑒于新加坡在關(guān)鍵航運(yùn)路線上的戰(zhàn)略地理位置，以及擁有40多家液化天然氣公司，它完全有能力成為該地區(qū)領(lǐng)先的液化天然氣中心之一。

Pavilion Energy and SLNG sign LNG agreement

Pavilion Energy Pte Ltd and Singapore LNG Corp. Pte Ltd (SLNG) have further strengthened their cooperation through the signing of a five-year agreement for LNG storage and reload services at the SLNG Terminal on Jurong Island. This is the first of such an agreement signed for a term longer than two years, following a competitive bid process.

Under the agreement, Pavilion Energy will have access to tank capacity of 180 000 m3 on a segregated basis at the SLNG Terminal over the next five years. Such capacity will support a higher volume of LNG trading activities, including LNG breakbulk and vessel cool-down services. The contract’s longer tenure allows Pavilion Energy greater flexibility in managing its LNG portfolio, market fluctuations and demand dynamics.

“Pavilion Energy is pleased to renew the partnership with SLNG. Tank capacity in Singapore presents greater opportunities for LNG optimisation and trading in the Asia-Pacific Basin. Global LNG trade continues to grow, with import volumes reaching 313 million t in 2018 and spot trades making up a quarter of those volumes. In 2018, Singapore ranked second worldwide in terms of LNG re-export volumes, and Pavilion Energy has been one of the key contributors to the total volume re-exported out of Singapore. Given its strategic geographic position along key shipping routes and being home to over 40 LNG companies, Singapore is well-positioned to become one of the leading LNG hubs in the region.
