俄油將在減產(chǎn)協(xié)議結(jié)束后盡快提高原油產(chǎn)量

據(jù)美國彭博新聞社3月9日倫敦報(bào)道，據(jù)一名接近俄羅斯國有石油巨頭俄羅斯石油公司（俄油/Rosneft）的知情人士透露，俄油計(jì)劃在當(dāng)前的OPEC+減產(chǎn)協(xié)議結(jié)束后盡快提高原油產(chǎn)量。

俄油的此番評(píng)論是對(duì)沙特阿拉伯上周末發(fā)動(dòng)的油價(jià)戰(zhàn)做出的首次回應(yīng)，表明俄油最早可能在4月1日就開始增產(chǎn)。

這名不愿透露姓名的知情人士表示，俄油已經(jīng)為任何可能出現(xiàn)的情況做好了準(zhǔn)備，俄油將能夠承受目前油價(jià)的暴跌。當(dāng)被問及俄油將以多快的速度增產(chǎn)時(shí)，這名知情人士表示，那些消息靈通的分析師預(yù)計(jì)俄油將在一到兩周內(nèi)把原油日產(chǎn)量提高30萬桶。

Rosneft to raise output as soon as current OPEC+ deal ends

Russia’s state oil company Rosneft is planning to lift oil production as soon as the current OPEC+ deal ends, according to a person close to the company.

The comments, the first Russian response to the oil price war launched by Saudi Arabia over the weekend, suggest that Rosneft could start boosting output as soon as April 1.

The person, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said that Rosneft had prepared for any scenario and would be able to withstand the current plunge in oil prices. Asked how rapidly Rosneft could increase production, the person said analysts who estimate the company could boost output by 300,000 barrels a day within a week or two are well informed.

Rosneft Chief Executive Officer Igor Sechin is a close ally of President Vladimir Putin and has been the most prominent naysayer of the country’s cooperation with Saudi Arabia and other countries in the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries to curb oil production.
