立陶宛KN為購(gòu)買FSRU籌集資金

立陶宛液化天然氣終端運(yùn)營(yíng)商Klaipedos Nafta (KN)與北歐投資銀行(NIB)簽署了一項(xiàng)25年的貸款協(xié)議，為購(gòu)買用于液化天然氣業(yè)務(wù)的浮式貯存和再氣化裝置（FSRU）提供資金。

KN在聲明中表示，目前，用于向立陶宛進(jìn)口液化天然氣的FSRU租期為10年。北歐投資銀行的1.6億歐元(約合1.822億美元)貸款將在2024年底，即當(dāng)前的租賃和服務(wù)協(xié)議到期后，為購(gòu)買最具經(jīng)濟(jì)可行性的FSRU提供資金。

KN預(yù)計(jì)，到2050年，天然氣仍將是立陶宛向低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型的重要能源。該公司表示，購(gòu)買FSRU的決定得到了分析師的支持，他們預(yù)計(jì)未來(lái)幾十年立陶宛的天然氣消費(fèi)量將保持穩(wěn)定，同時(shí)正在進(jìn)行的地區(qū)天然氣基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施項(xiàng)目也將帶來(lái)更多的機(jī)會(huì)。

KN secures funds for FSRU purchase

Lithuanian LNG terminal operator, Klaipedos Nafta (KN) has signed a 25-year loan agreement with the Nordic Investment Bank (NIB) to finance the purchase of an FSRU for LNG operations.

Currently, the FSRU used for LNG import to Lithuania is leased on a ten-year arrangement, KN said in its statement. NIB’s loan of €160 million ($182.2 million) will finance the acquisition of the most economically viable FSRU at the end of 2024, once the current lease and service agreement expires.

KN expects that gas will remain an important energy resource for Lithuania’s transition to a low-carbon economy by 2050. The decision of acquiring the FSRU is supported by analysts, forecasting stable natural gas consumption in the country in the upcoming decades as well as extended opportunities brought by ongoing regional gas infrastructure projects, the company said.

At the end of 2019, NIB granted KN a loan of €134.1 million to partly cover the operating lease payments and enable equalized tariff levels to be maintained throughout the full lifetime of the terminal, both before and after a chosen FSRU is acquired.
