Shelf Drilling為Trident16鉆機合同延期

據(jù)海上能源3月9日報道，海上鉆井承包商Shelf Drilling已為Trident 16自升式鉆機簽署了為期一年的合同延期。

Shelf Drilling公司周一表示，這項新合同將直接延續(xù)其與Belayim石油公司(Petrobel)在埃及近海的蘇伊士灣的業(yè)務(wù)。

Trident 16自2015年以來一直與Petrobel在Belayim油田合作，此次延期，該鉆機的預(yù)期可用時間為2021年2月。

先前的延期協(xié)議已于2019年1月達成協(xié)議。

Trident 16自升式鉆機始建于1982年，最后一次升級是在2012年。該鉆機采用Modec 300 C-38設(shè)計。

Shelf Drilling wins one-year extension in Egypt

Offshore drilling contractor Shelf Drilling has secured a one-year contract extension for the Trident 16 jack-up rig.

Shelf Drilling said on Monday that the new contract is in direct continuation of its current term with Belayim Petroleum Company (Petrobel) for operations in the Gulf of Suez offshore Egypt.

The Trident 16 has been working with Petrobel in Belayim fields since 2015, and following this extension, the expected availability of the rig is February 2021.

The previous extension was agreed back in January 2019.

The Trident 16 jack-up rig was built in 1982 and its last upgrade was in 2012. The rig is of a Modec 300 C-38 design.
