據(jù)3月6日油田技術(shù)報(bào)道，Pharos Energy證實(shí)，它正在參與購買殼牌在埃及西部沙漠的上游投資組合，目前正處于評(píng)估的初步階段。

公司董事會(huì)繼續(xù)致力于實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略，其戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)是通過對(duì)投資項(xiàng)目的嚴(yán)格管理和對(duì)增長(zhǎng)機(jī)會(huì)的謹(jǐn)慎選擇，為公司創(chuàng)造價(jià)值。董事會(huì)根據(jù)嚴(yán)格的戰(zhàn)略、財(cái)務(wù)和運(yùn)營標(biāo)準(zhǔn)評(píng)估并購機(jī)會(huì)。只有在董事會(huì)通過，股東批準(zhǔn)的情況下，才會(huì)進(jìn)行交易。

目前還不能確定是否會(huì)向殼牌提出建議，也不能確定是否會(huì)發(fā)生交易。
