康菲和溫特斯豪將共同開發(fā)阿根廷內(nèi)烏肯盆地

據(jù)油氣雜志網(wǎng)站休斯頓報(bào)道，美國大陸菲利普斯公司（康菲公司/ConocoPhillips）日前與德國溫特斯豪Dea公司（Wintershall Dea）簽署了一項(xiàng)協(xié)議，收購后者位于阿根廷中部內(nèi)烏肯省的兩個(gè)區(qū)塊（Aguada Federal區(qū)塊和Bandurria Norte區(qū)塊）的權(quán)益，并共同開發(fā)這兩個(gè)區(qū)塊。這兩個(gè)區(qū)塊在瓦卡姆爾塔頁巖層中蘊(yùn)藏著非常規(guī)石油和天然氣資源。

康菲公司將獲得Aguada Federal 區(qū)塊的45%權(quán)益。擔(dān)任作業(yè)者的溫特斯豪Dea公司將保留該區(qū)塊45%的權(quán)益(97平方公里)。剩下的10%權(quán)益由內(nèi)烏肯省石油公司(GYP)持有?？捣乒具€將收購附近的Bandurria Norte區(qū)塊(105平方公里)50%的股份。溫特斯豪Dea公司保留50%的股份并擔(dān)任作業(yè)者。

ConocoPhillips, Wintershall to jointly develop Neuquen basin

ConocoPhillips has signed an agreement with Wintershall Dea to acquire interest in and jointly develop the Aguada Federal and Bandurria Norte blocks in the central Argentine province of Neuquen. The blocks hold unconventional oil and natural gas resources in the Vaca Muerta shale formation.

ConocoPhillips will acquire a 45% interest share in the Aguada Federal block. Wintershall, as operator, will retain a 45% share in the block (97 sq km). The remaining 10% are held by Gas y Petroleo del Neuquen SA (GYP). ConocoPhillips also will acquire a 50% share in the nearby Bandurria Norte block (105 sq km). Wintershall retains 50% and operatorship.

Wintershall has conducted pilot projects in both blocks and production testing is currently ongoing.

The transaction is expected to be closed this year, subject to approval by the relevant authorities.
