Hibiscus石油公司近海北沙巴PSC項(xiàng)目輸出首批石油

據(jù)離岸能源7月24日消息，馬來(lái)西亞運(yùn)營(yíng)商Hibiscus石油公司已在馬來(lái)西亞近海北沙巴PSC項(xiàng)目輸出首批石油。

Hibiscus周三表示，其子公司SEA Hibiscus于2019年7月16日鉆探完成了SJ‐105A加密井。

根據(jù)2011年北沙巴提高采收率生產(chǎn)共享合同(PSC)，該井是馬來(lái)西亞圣約瑟夫加密鉆井項(xiàng)目的三口加密井中的第一口井。

SJ‐105A井筒為水平井，其水平段約2400英尺，在圣約瑟夫油田的目標(biāo)油藏中發(fā)現(xiàn)約1000英尺的石油。

該油井隨后投產(chǎn)，產(chǎn)量穩(wěn)定在每天略高于1000桶原油，含水率為0%，超出預(yù)期。

值得注意的是，SEA Hibiscus于2018年12月21日獲得了馬來(lái)西亞國(guó)家石油公司對(duì)實(shí)施圣約瑟夫加密鉆井項(xiàng)目油田開(kāi)發(fā)計(jì)劃的批準(zhǔn)。

該項(xiàng)目需要鉆探三口加密井，以提高油田的總產(chǎn)油量和儲(chǔ)量。

圣約瑟夫加密鉆井項(xiàng)目是一個(gè)增產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目，與SF30加密鉆井項(xiàng)目和SF30早期注水項(xiàng)目一起，是2019年在北沙巴PSC項(xiàng)目協(xié)議下實(shí)施的七井計(jì)劃的一部分。

目前正在圣約瑟夫油田鉆探兩口油井，隨后將在SF30油田再鉆三口新油井和一口注水井。

提醒一提的是，SEA Hibiscus于2018年3月31日與馬來(lái)西亞國(guó)家石油公司成立了對(duì)半持股的合資企業(yè)，開(kāi)始運(yùn)營(yíng)北沙巴PSC項(xiàng)目。

北沙巴PSC項(xiàng)目由馬來(lái)西亞近海圣約瑟夫、South Furious、SF30和巴頓油田組成，這些油田均將石油輸送至納閩島原油終端。

First oil flows from Hibiscus’ North Sabah infill well

Malaysian operator Hibiscus Petroleum has achieved first oil in the North Sabah PSC located offshore Malaysia.

Hibiscus said on Wednesday that its subsidiary, SEA Hibiscus, drilled and completed the SJ‐105A infill well on July 16, 2019.

The well is the first of three infill wells being drilled as part of the St. Joseph infill drilling project in Malaysia under the 2011 North Sabah Enhanced Oil Recovery Production Sharing Contract (North Sabah PSC).

The SJ‐105A wellbore was drilled as a horizontal well consisting of approximately 2,400 feet of the horizontal section which encountered approximately 1,000 feet of oil in the targeted reservoirs of the St. Joseph oil field.

The well was subsequently brought online and achieved a stabilized production flowrate of slightly above 1,000 barrels of oil per day, with 0% watercut, exceeding expectations.

It is worth noting that SEA Hibiscus received the approval from Petronas for the St. Joseph infill drilling project field development plan on December 21, 2018.

The project entails the drilling of three infill wells intended to increase the total oil production rate and reserves of the field.

The St. Joseph infill drilling project is a production enhancement project which, together with the South Furious 30 (SF30) infill drilling project and SF30 early water injection project, is part of a seven‐well campaign being executed under the North Sabah PSC in 2019.

Two more oil production wells are currently being drilled at the St. Joseph oil field, which will be followed by three new oil production wells and one water injection well in the SF30 oil field.

To remind, SEA Hibiscus assumed operatorship of the North Sabah PSC on March 31, 2018, as a 50-50 joint venture with Petronas.

The North Sabah PSC consists of St Joseph, South Furious, SF30, and Barton fields offshore Malaysia, which collectively produce to the Labuan crude oil terminal.
