KBR贏得沙特Satorp煉油廠延長3年維護(hù)合同

    據(jù)阿拉伯貿(mào)易網(wǎng)2019年5月5日休斯敦報道，美國凱洛格·布朗 ·路特集團(tuán)公司(KBR)表示，KBR日前已從沙特阿拉伯國家石油公司（沙特阿美） 與法國石油巨頭道達(dá)爾公司的合資煉化企業(yè)Satorp煉油廠那里贏得了一份延長3 年的一般維護(hù)服務(wù)（GMS）合同。Satorp煉油廠位于沙特阿拉伯的朱拜爾市， 具有日加工44萬桶原油的產(chǎn)能。

    美國KBR是一家為能源行業(yè)提供差異化專業(yè)服務(wù)和技術(shù)的全球供應(yīng)商。KBR表 示，其與Satorp的戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴關(guān)系有潛力推動整個行業(yè)改變目前的維護(hù)外包 理念。

    根據(jù)GMS合同的條款，KBR將通過其在當(dāng)?shù)氐暮腺Y子公司繼續(xù)為這個煉油廠的 大部分裝置和設(shè)施如原油蒸餾裝置、餾分油加氫裂解裝置、硫磺回收裝置、芳 烴、催化裂化裝置、原油儲罐和港口裝卸設(shè)施提供預(yù)防、預(yù)測、糾正和停工維護(hù) 服務(wù)。 一位高級官員表示，KBR還將推動其經(jīng)過驗(yàn)證的數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型計(jì)劃，以最大限度地 提高資產(chǎn)利用率，將運(yùn)營成本降至最低，并為客戶提高資產(chǎn)回報率。

Under the terms of the GMS contract, KBR, through its local joint venture subsidiary, will continue to provide preventive, predictive, corrective and shutdown maintenance services most notably for the Crude Distillation Units, Distillate Hydrocracker, Sulphur Recovery Unit, Aromatics, Catalytic Cracking Unit, Tank Farms and Port Loading Facilities. KBR will also drive its proven digital transformation initiatives to maximise asset utilisation, minimise opex and augment asset ROI for customers, said a senior official.
