法國能源巨頭參與開發(fā)伊朗-卡塔爾聯(lián)合氣田

　　據(jù)國外媒體2月3日德黑蘭報(bào)道，伊朗官方通訊社IRNA周三報(bào)道說，法國能源巨頭道達(dá)爾公司日前開始開發(fā)伊朗巨型海上氣田南帕爾斯氣田（SP氣田）的第11階段。SP氣田是一個(gè)伊朗和卡塔爾共同擁有的聯(lián)合氣田。

　　IRNA援引伊朗國家石油公司（NIOC）副總經(jīng)理古拉姆?馬努切里的話報(bào)道說，使用法國的專業(yè)知識(shí)將有助于加速伊朗的陸上和海上鉆井作業(yè)。

　　NIOC幾個(gè)月前簽署了一項(xiàng)開發(fā)SP氣田第11階段的協(xié)議，這項(xiàng)協(xié)議價(jià)值48億美元。

　　伊朗計(jì)劃每天從其與卡塔爾共同擁有的聯(lián)合氣田開采出5600萬立方英尺天然氣。

　　The French energy giant Total has begun developing 11th phase of the mega gas field, South Pars, which is a joint gas venture with Qatar, the official Iranian news agency, IRNA, reported on Wednesday.

　　IRNA quoted Deputy Managing Director of National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) Gholam-Reza Manouchehri as saying the employment of the French expertise would help in accelerating drilling operations, on and off shore.

　　The NIOC, months ago, initialed an agreement to develop the 11th phase of South Pars field. The accord value is USD 4.8 billion.

　　Iran is planning to extract up to 56 million cubic feet of gas per day from this joint gas field with Qatar.
