尼國(guó)油要求根據(jù)DSDP進(jìn)口模式招標(biāo)石油產(chǎn)品進(jìn)口商品

　　據(jù)普氏能源資訊1月20日拉各斯報(bào)道，尼日利亞國(guó)家石油公司的一名發(fā)言人周五（20日）在拉各斯表示，尼國(guó)油日前已要求根據(jù)直接銷(xiāo)售直接購(gòu)買(mǎi)（DSDP）進(jìn)口模式公開(kāi)招標(biāo)石油產(chǎn)品進(jìn)口商品。

　　DSDP進(jìn)口模式在去年就已開(kāi)始實(shí)施，這個(gè)模式把原油分配給所選擇的海外煉油廠來(lái)交換向NNPC交付同等價(jià)值的汽油，這個(gè)進(jìn)口模式取代了有爭(zhēng)議的原油交換石油產(chǎn)品協(xié)議和離岸加工協(xié)議。

　　發(fā)言人說(shuō)，為了確保尼日利亞國(guó)內(nèi)持續(xù)石油產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)，尼國(guó)油已要求根據(jù)DSDP進(jìn)口模式招標(biāo)石油產(chǎn)品進(jìn)口商品。

　　他說(shuō)，投標(biāo)文件的提交時(shí)間將在2月2日結(jié)束，而這個(gè)計(jì)劃預(yù)計(jì)在4月1日開(kāi)始實(shí)施，為期一年。

　　The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation has called for tenders under its direct sale, direct purchase import model, an NNPC spokesman said Friday.

　　The DSDP model, under which selected overseas refiners are allocated crude supplies in exchange for the delivery of an equal value of gasoline to NNPC, started last year, replacing the controversial crude for oil product swaps and Offshore Processing Agreements.

　　To ensure sustainable petroleum product supply across the country, NNPC has called tenders under the direct sale of crude oil and direct purchase of petroleum products, the spokesman said.

　　Submission of bids will close on February 2, while the program is expected to commence on April 1 and will be for one-year period, he said.
