去年歐佩克原油均價(jià)跌至過去12年來最低水平

　　據(jù)道瓊斯1月19日消息，歐佩克最新月度報(bào)告稱，2016年歐佩克成員國(guó)生產(chǎn)的原油平均價(jià)格（歐佩克一攬子油價(jià)）下跌至40.76美元/桶。這個(gè)數(shù)字是自2004年以來最低年平均價(jià)格，反映出了去年全球石油市場(chǎng)低迷的狀況，尤其是上半年。低油價(jià)已經(jīng)損害了歐佩克很多成員國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)，并促使該組織在去年11月底同意減產(chǎn)150萬桶/天。

　　The average price paid for crude produced by members of the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries, known as the OPEC Reference Basket, in 2016 sank to an average of $40.76 a barrel, according to the cartels monthly report. The figure was the lowest yearly average since 2004 and reflects the dire state of the global oil markets last year, particularly in the first six months. The low prices being paid for OPECs crude damaged many members economies, prompting the cartel to agree to cut output by 1.5 million barrels a day in late November.
