伯恩斯坦：俄羅斯迅速削減石油產(chǎn)量

　　據(jù)道瓊斯1月16日消息，伯恩斯坦援引每日生產(chǎn)追蹤數(shù)據(jù)稱，過去兩周俄羅斯石油產(chǎn)量已經(jīng)下降了18萬桶/天，很有希望實現(xiàn)其與歐佩克達(dá)成的每日減產(chǎn)30萬桶的協(xié)議。該行寫道：“俄羅斯有充分理由減少供應(yīng)并推高油價。若政府支出不進(jìn)一步減少，按照目前的財政儲備消耗速度，俄羅斯財政儲備2018年年底就會枯竭。”

　　[Dow Jones] Russian oil production has fallen by 180,000 barrels a day in the last two weeks, putting the country well on the way toward meeting its pledge to cut 300,000 barrels a day as part of its agreement with OPEC, according to Bernstein, citing daily production tracking data. Russia has every incentive to pull back on supply and push oil prices higher, the bank writes. On current fiscal reserve depletion rates theyd run out by end 2018 without further government spending cuts.
