安哥拉明年或?qū)?duì)所有燃料進(jìn)口舉行國(guó)際招標(biāo)

　　據(jù)國(guó)外媒體12月19日倫敦報(bào)道，安哥拉國(guó)家石油公司（Sonangol）周一（19日）表示，為了減少成本，安哥拉在2017年可能對(duì)所有燃料進(jìn)口舉行國(guó)際招標(biāo)。

　　安哥拉此舉可能會(huì)損害瑞士大宗商品貿(mào)易公司托克公司，后者在過(guò)去10多年里一直是安哥拉最大的燃料供應(yīng)商。

　　安哥拉國(guó)家石油公司總裁伊莎貝爾?桑托斯對(duì)《金融時(shí)報(bào)》記者說(shuō)，該公司計(jì)劃徹底檢查和改革其購(gòu)買汽油、柴油和烹飪用氣的方式。

　　托克公司從安哥拉在2002年結(jié)束國(guó)內(nèi)戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)以后不斷增加的燃料需求中賺錢。

　　Sonangol, Angolas state-controlled oil company, said on Monday it could hold international tenders for all fuel imports next year to cut costs, the Financial Times reported.

　　A move could hurt Swiss commodities trading company Trafigura, which has been the largest supplier of fuel to Angola for more than a decade.

　　Isabel Santos, chair of Sonangol, told the Financial Times the company planned to overhaul the way it buys petrol, diesel and cooking gas.

　　Trafigura cashed in on Angolas growing fuel demands after the civil war in the country ended in 2002.

　　Trafigura reported a 13 percent drop in 2016 core earnings due to weak prices and the writedown of assets in Colombia and Brazil, and warned of more challenging trading conditions ahead.

　　Trafigura said it had no comment on the Financial Times story.
