秘魯天然氣工人計(jì)劃罷工可能中斷LNG出口

　　據(jù)國外媒體12月15日利馬報道，秘魯工會SUTRAPPEC周四在利馬表示，秘魯?shù)奶烊粴夤と擞?jì)劃從12月29日起舉行一次無限期的罷工，此次罷工將中斷這種廣泛使用燃料的生產(chǎn)以及荷蘭皇家殼牌公司的LNG出口。

　　SUTRAPPEC發(fā)言人胡安?瓦爾加斯說，運(yùn)行秘魯卡西米氣田所需要的大約200名工會工人將舉行罷工來迫使阿根廷能源公司Pluspetrol在新的勞資協(xié)議中提供更好的工資和福利。

　　Pluspetrol在卡西米國際財(cái)團(tuán)中擁有27.2%的控制股份?？ㄎ髅讎H財(cái)團(tuán)從偏僻的叢林地區(qū)生產(chǎn)秘魯?shù)慕^大部分天然氣。

　　Pluspetrol和出口從卡西米天然氣生產(chǎn)派生的LNG的荷蘭皇家殼牌公司沒有立即回復(fù)記者的置評請求。

　　根據(jù)秘魯政府統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)，秘魯12月前兩周出口了大約4億立方米的LNG。

　　Natural gas workers in Peru plan to hold an indefinite strike starting Dec. 29 that would disrupt production of the widely-used fuel as well as Royal Dutch Shell Plcs liquefied natural gas exports, the union SUTRAPPEC said Thursday.

　　Some 200 unionized workers needed to operate Perus Camisea gas fields will down tools to press Argentine energy company Pluspetrol to offer better wages and benefits in a new labor agreement, said SUTRAPPEC spokesman Juan Carlos Vargas.

　　Pluspetrol owns a controlling stake - 27.2 percent - in the Camisea consortium that produces the vast majority of Perus natural gas from a remote jungle region.

　　Pluspetrol and Netherlands-based Shell, which exports liquefied natural gas derived from Camisea gas production, did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

　　Peru exported about 400 million cubic meters of liquefied natural gas in the first two weeks of December, according to government data.
