據(jù)Trade Arabia News Service網(wǎng)站10月12日伊斯坦布爾報(bào)道，沙特阿拉伯國(guó)家石油公司（沙特阿美）首席執(zhí)行官阿明?納賽爾11日在伊斯坦布爾宣布，沙特阿美計(jì)劃在未來(lái)的10年里投資3000多億美元來(lái)加強(qiáng)其在石油市場(chǎng)上的杰出地位，大規(guī)模擴(kuò)大其常規(guī)天然氣產(chǎn)量以及開(kāi)發(fā)非常規(guī)天然氣資源。

　　納賽爾是在伊斯坦布爾舉行的世界能源大會(huì)上發(fā)表上述講話的。納賽爾在題為“擁抱新領(lǐng)域”的演講中說(shuō)，能源產(chǎn)業(yè)目前不僅面臨低油價(jià)而且還面臨全球油氣項(xiàng)目投資放緩的挑戰(zhàn)，后者正在收緊供需平衡。

　　納賽爾在講話中警告說(shuō)，延緩油氣項(xiàng)目估計(jì)1萬(wàn)億美元的投資可能導(dǎo)致供應(yīng)的短缺。他強(qiáng)調(diào)說(shuō)，盡管世界轉(zhuǎn)向替代品，然而，石油和天然氣在今后的幾十年里仍將是全球能源結(jié)構(gòu)的核心。

Saudi Aramco plans to invest more than $300 billion over the coming decade to reinforce its preeminent position in oil, massively expand its conventional gas production, and exploit unconventional gas resources, the companys CEO said.

Speaking at the 23rd World Energy Congress in Istanbul yesterday (October 11), with the theme “Embracing New Frontiers,” Amin H Nasser stated that the energy industry is presently facing challenges, not only because of low oil prices, but because of slowing global investments in oil and gas projects which are tightening the supply-demand balance.

He cautioned that deferred investments estimated at $1 trillion in oil and gas projects may lead to a shortfall in supply, highlighting that oil and gas will remain at the heart of the global energy mix over the next several decades while the world transitions to alternatives.

“We will continue to invest in our core oil and gas projects, and in downstream and chemicals. We are continuing to maintain our spare production capacity to help respond to unforeseen events, and help minimize their potential impact on the global economy. By doing so, we are playing our part in enhancing global energy security,” Nasser said. – TradeArabia News Service
