道達(dá)爾作價(jià)32億美元向凱雷投資出售化工業(yè)務(wù)Atotech

　　據(jù)道瓊斯巴黎10月7日消息，道達(dá)爾公司已同意以32億美元將一項(xiàng)特殊化學(xué)品業(yè)務(wù)出售給投資公司凱雷投資集團(tuán)，這是這家法國石油巨頭在面對油價(jià)大跌時(shí)進(jìn)行縮減資本并籌集現(xiàn)金的一部分舉措。

　　道達(dá)爾稱，本次Atotech BV的交易價(jià)格是這家子公司2015年未計(jì)利息、稅項(xiàng)、折舊及攤銷前利潤(EBITDA)的11.9倍。Atotech BV是一家電鍍化學(xué)品供應(yīng)商。

　　Atotech有4,000名員工，主要分布于德國和中國。

　　道達(dá)爾退出該化學(xué)品業(yè)務(wù)是其重組計(jì)劃的一部分，該公司在2014年已同意出售粘合劑公司Bostik。

Total Sells Chemical Unit Atotech to Carlyle for $3.2 Billion

PARIS--Total SA (TOT) has agreed to sell a specialty chemicals business to investment firm The Carlyle Group for $3.2 billion, part of the French oil majors efforts to slim down and raise cash in the face of a slump in oil prices.

The companies said the transaction values Atotech BV, a supplier of plating chemicals, at 11.9 times the units adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization in 2015.

Atotech has a staff of 4,000, based mainly in Germany and China.

Total is exiting the chemicals business as part of its restructuring plan, having agreed to sell adhesives unit Bostik in 2014.
