新印簽署開(kāi)發(fā)小規(guī)模LNG解決方案諒解備忘錄

　　據(jù)國(guó)外媒體8月26日新加坡報(bào)道，根據(jù)新加坡《商業(yè)時(shí)報(bào)》，新加坡主權(quán)基金淡馬錫控股有限公司麾下的投資組合公司Pavilion能源公司25日在新加坡與印尼國(guó)家石油公司簽署了一項(xiàng)有關(guān)在本地區(qū)開(kāi)發(fā)小規(guī)模LNG解決方案的諒解備忘錄。

　　根據(jù)諒解備忘錄，兩家公司將努力探索本地區(qū)小規(guī)模LNG項(xiàng)目、聯(lián)合營(yíng)銷、交易、采購(gòu)和投資的機(jī)會(huì)。

　　Pavilion能源公司的一名發(fā)言人對(duì)《商業(yè)時(shí)報(bào)》記者說(shuō)，這項(xiàng)諒解備忘錄將支持雙方在開(kāi)發(fā)本地區(qū)能源解決方案中的利益并促進(jìn)兩家公司之間更緊密合作。

　　市場(chǎng)消息人士對(duì)Rigzone說(shuō)，印尼時(shí)下正在尋求開(kāi)發(fā)小規(guī)模的LNG解決方案來(lái)滿足國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)天然氣不斷增加的需求。小規(guī)模LNG解決方案提供的靈活性可以在一定程度上滿足印尼沒(méi)有管網(wǎng)連接的偏僻地區(qū)的天然氣需求。

Pavilion Energy Pte Ltd., a portfolio firm of Singapores sovereign fund Temasek Holdings (Pte) Ltd., inked a memorandum of understanding (MOU) Thursday with Indonesias national oil company PT Pertamina to develop small scale liquefied natural gas (LNG) solutions in the region, according to Singapores Business Times.

Under the MOU, both companies will work to explore opportunities in regional small-scale LNG projects, joint marketing, trading, procurement and investments.

This MOU supports the parties interests in developing energy solutions in the region, and fosters closer collaboration between the two parties, a Pavilion Energy spokesman said, as quoted by Business Times.

Market sources told Rigzone that Indonesia is looking to tap small scale LNG solutions to meet rising energy needs. The flexibility offered by small scale LNG solutions could go some way to meeting local gas demand in remote areas in Indonesia that are not linked by pipeline networks.
