分析：亞洲液化石油氣市場嚴(yán)重供過于求

　　據(jù)普氏能源資訊8月18日新加坡報(bào)道 來自美國LPG貨物的穩(wěn)定流入、伊朗咄咄逼人的讓LPG貨物具有競爭力價(jià)格的舉措、中國因經(jīng)濟(jì)不景氣低于預(yù)期的LPG需求增長以及日本LPG庫存徘徊在多年來高點(diǎn)是導(dǎo)致亞洲LPG市場供應(yīng)遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)超過需求的主要原因，而這個(gè)供過于求的局面是最近幾年里從來沒有看到過的。

　　美國得到超大型液化氣船運(yùn)費(fèi)跌至多年低點(diǎn)幫助的大量LPG出口已促使天然氣運(yùn)輸公司把LPG大量投入位于新加坡海上的浮式儲(chǔ)存設(shè)施中。Energy Aspects在報(bào)告中說，至少有7艘超大型液化氣船在新加坡海上已停泊數(shù)周。

　　這種不穩(wěn)定供應(yīng)狀況大幅拉低了LPG價(jià)格。冷藏丙烷的價(jià)格（CFR日本）7月29日首次跌至創(chuàng)紀(jì)錄低的每噸271.5美元，這是普氏能源資訊2006年10月開始發(fā)布這個(gè)評估以來的最低水平。

A steady influx of cargoes from the US, Irans aggressive move to push cargoes at competitive prices, slower-than-expected demand growth in China on the back of a sluggish economy and Japans inventory levels hovering at multi-year highs have all contributed to supply in Asia far outweighing demand, creating a glut not seen in recent years.

For a region that is structurally short of LPG and experiences the strongest demand growth globally, Asia is currently awash with LPG supplies, Andrew Echlin, global oil products analyst at Energy Aspects, wrote in a research report on LPG titled Hero to Zero published this month.

Plentiful US exports, aided by VLGC rates falling to multi-year lows, have prompted gas carriers to put LPG into floating storage off Singapore. Energy Aspects said in the report that at least seven VLGCs were parked off the coast of Singapore, with some anchored for weeks.

The precarious oversupply situation has pulled down prices sharply. The price of refrigerated propane on a CFR Japan basis first plunged to a record low of $271.50/mt on July 29. This was the lowest since Platts started publishing this assessment in October 2006.
