眾多國(guó)際工程公司投標(biāo)沙特阿美清潔燃料項(xiàng)目

　　據(jù)海外媒體7月27日胡拜爾報(bào)道，業(yè)內(nèi)消息人士告訴路透社記者，眾多外國(guó)工程公司已投標(biāo)在沙特阿拉伯國(guó)家石油公司（沙特阿美）的拉斯塔努拉煉油廠內(nèi)建造清潔燃料項(xiàng)目。

　　這個(gè)投資20多億美元的項(xiàng)目的招標(biāo)截止日期是7月17日，這個(gè)將從精制石油產(chǎn)品中除硫的項(xiàng)目是沙特阿拉伯王國(guó)滿足出口市場(chǎng)更嚴(yán)格環(huán)境標(biāo)準(zhǔn)努力的一部分。

　　這個(gè)項(xiàng)目被分成2個(gè)包，一個(gè)包包括清潔燃料裝置，另外一個(gè)包包括支持公用事業(yè)設(shè)備和廠外設(shè)施。

　　消息人士說，投標(biāo)兩個(gè)包的公司有日本JGC公司、韓國(guó)GS公司、韓國(guó)現(xiàn)代工程建設(shè)公司、韓國(guó)三星工程公司和西班牙Tecnica Reunidas公司。

　　只投標(biāo)一個(gè)支持公用事業(yè)設(shè)備和廠外設(shè)施包的公司有英國(guó)派特法公司和印度的Larsen & Toubro公司。

　　沙特阿美在回答路透社電子郵件詢問時(shí)說，沙特阿美沒有討論正在進(jìn)行中的商業(yè)計(jì)劃。

Foreign engineering companies have bid to build Saudi Aramcos clean fuels project at the state oil giants Ras Tanura refinery, industry sources told Reuters.

The bid deadline was July 17 for the $2 billion-plus scheme which will remove sulphur from refined oil products and is part of a drive by the kingdom to meet stricter environmental standards in export markets.

The project is split into two packages, one which includes the clean fuels units and the other for the supporting utilities and offsites.

Companies which bid for both packages, sources said, were Japans JGC, South Koreas GS, Hyundai Engineering and Construction and Samsung Engineering and Spain’s Tecnicas Reunidas.

Companies that only bid for the utilities and offsites package were UKs Petrofac and Indias Larsen and Toubro.

Saudi Aramco does not discuss ongoing business plans, it said in response to a Reuters emailed query.
