明年前美國(guó)不太可能出臺(tái)新的甲烷排放規(guī)定

據(jù)道瓊斯4月18日消息，北達(dá)科他州高級(jí)能源官員表示，在奧巴馬政府任期結(jié)束之前，美國(guó)環(huán)保署（EPA）不太可能提議針對(duì)油氣行業(yè)甲烷排放的新規(guī)定。北達(dá)科他州礦產(chǎn)資源部負(fù)責(zé)人Lynn Helms表示：“在本屆政府期間，我們不太可能看到出臺(tái)新的排放規(guī)定?！鄙显?，EPA正式要求油氣生產(chǎn)商上報(bào)甲烷排放的信息，但是這個(gè)過(guò)程要花費(fèi)相當(dāng)長(zhǎng)的時(shí)間。
