巴斯夫計(jì)劃出售光引發(fā)劑業(yè)務(wù)

據(jù)悉，巴斯夫公司拒絕就公司正在出售旗下光引發(fā)劑業(yè)務(wù)的報(bào)導(dǎo)作出評(píng)論，光引發(fā)劑業(yè)務(wù)是巴斯夫旗下分散體和顏料部門(mén)的一部分。彭博社周五引用知情人士的話報(bào)導(dǎo)，巴斯夫已經(jīng)聘請(qǐng)顧問(wèn)幫助出售該業(yè)務(wù)。

巴斯夫表示，公司是全球性能添加劑的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者，尤其是光引發(fā)劑和光穩(wěn)定劑領(lǐng)域。2015年巴斯夫旗下分散體和顏料業(yè)務(wù)部門(mén)實(shí)現(xiàn)銷售收入46億歐元（53億美元）。2014年巴斯夫公司提升了位于意大利莫爾塔拉的光引發(fā)劑產(chǎn)量和效率。該裝置已經(jīng)成為全球最大的光引發(fā)劑生產(chǎn)裝置之一。

Report: BASF to sell photoinitiators business

BASF declined to comment on reports that it is in the process of selling its photoinitiators business, which forms part of its dispersions & pigments operation. Bloomberg on Friday reported that BASF has hired advisors to help market the business, quoting people familiar with the situation.

BASF says it is the global leader in performance additives, particularly of photoinitiators and light stabilizers. In 2015 the dispersions & pigments business reported sales of €4.6 billion ($5.3 billion). The company in 2014 boosted its photoinitiator production and efficiency at Mortara, Italy. The site is one of the largest in the world for the production of photoinitiators.
