霍尼韋爾考慮出售尼龍化工業(yè)務(wù)

據(jù)悉，彭博社報(bào)導(dǎo)，霍尼韋爾正考慮出售旗下尼龍化工業(yè)務(wù)，該業(yè)務(wù)主要生產(chǎn)己內(nèi)酰胺和相關(guān)產(chǎn)品。報(bào)導(dǎo)稱，該業(yè)務(wù)的售價(jià)約為10億美元，包括位于弗吉尼亞州霍普維爾的北美最大的己內(nèi)酰胺裝置。巴斯夫、日本宇部工業(yè)和住友化學(xué)也是全球主要的己內(nèi)酰胺生產(chǎn)商。近年來中國(guó)己內(nèi)酰胺生產(chǎn)商已經(jīng)面臨著盈利的壓力。住友化學(xué)在2014年關(guān)閉了一條己內(nèi)酰胺生產(chǎn)線。

Bloomberg: Honeywell considering nylon sale

Honeywell is considering selling its nylon chemicals business, a maker of caprolactam and related products, according to a Bloomberg report. The report says that the business could sell for about $1 billion. The business includes North America’s largest caprolactam plant, at Hopewell, VA. BASF and Japanese firms Ube and Sumitomo Chemical also produce caprolactam. Chinese producers have put pressure on margins in the caprolactam business in recent years. Sumitomo shuttered a caprolactam production line in 2014.
