因多拉瑪和Dhunseri石化計(jì)劃組建合資企業(yè)合并印度PET業(yè)務(wù)

　　據(jù)周一提交給孟買股票交易所的一份文件顯示，印度Dhunseri石化公司和泰國(guó)聚酯生產(chǎn)巨頭因多拉瑪公司已經(jīng)同意組建一家合資企業(yè)在印度國(guó)內(nèi)和出口市場(chǎng)生產(chǎn)和銷售聚對(duì)苯二甲酸乙二酯（PET），雙方在該合資公司所持股權(quán)相等。Dhunseri石化公司將收購(gòu)因多拉瑪公司旗下Micro Polypet位于印度哈里亞納邦Panipat的一套21.6萬(wàn)噸/年P(guān)ET裝置50%股權(quán)，同時(shí)因多拉瑪公司將收購(gòu)Dhunseri石化公司位于西孟加拉邦霍爾迪亞的一套48萬(wàn)噸/年的PET裝置50%股權(quán)。該交易預(yù)計(jì)在今年下半年完成，不過(guò)還有待監(jiān)管機(jī)構(gòu)的批準(zhǔn)。這兩套裝置將令合資企業(yè)的PET產(chǎn)能達(dá)到近70萬(wàn)噸/年，占據(jù)印度PET總產(chǎn)能的約38%。

　　Dhunseri Petrochem (Kolkata) and Indorama Ventures (IVL; Bangkok), a major producer of polyester, have agreed to enter into an equally owned joint venture to produce and sell polyethylene terephthalate (PET) resin in the Indian and export markets, according to a Monday filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange. Dhunseri will buy a 50% stake in Micro Polypet’s 216,000 m.t./year PET plant at Panipat, Haryana, owned by IVL. IVL, in turn, will acquire a 50% share in Dhunseri’s carved out PET unit at Haldia, West Bengal with 480,000 m.t./year of PET capacity. The deal is expected to close in the second half of 2016, subject to regulatory approvals. The two facilities will give the jv 700,000 m.t./year PET capacity, accounting for about 38% of Indias total.
