中化國際招標(biāo)有限責(zé)任公司受北京航天發(fā)射技術(shù)研究所委托對(duì)下列產(chǎn)品及服務(wù)進(jìn)行國際公開招標(biāo)?，F(xiàn)邀請(qǐng)合格投標(biāo)人參加投標(biāo)。
1. 招標(biāo)產(chǎn)品的名稱、數(shù)量和技術(shù)參數(shù)：
動(dòng)態(tài)應(yīng)力測(cè)試系統(tǒng)，1套
3.1總體要求：
*3.1.1 提供的儀器設(shè)備必須是全新、功能完整、質(zhì)量合格、無損傷、未使用過的成套設(shè)備，采用國際單位制單位。
*3.1.2 多種信號(hào)同步采集，包括應(yīng)變（電橋型）、電壓、電流、振動(dòng)等模擬量，通斷、脈沖、頻率（不少于12通道）等數(shù)字量，以及CAN總線信號(hào)(不少于2通道)等，以及不少于192通道模擬信號(hào)輸入。

2. 招標(biāo)文件售價(jià)：每套1000元或160美元。文件售后不退，郵購須另加100元人民幣或15美元。

1. Name, quantity and technical parameters of the bidding products:
dynamic stress test system, 1 set
3.1 General requirements 
*3.1.1 The instrument equipment provided must be a complete set of brand-new, functionally complete, damage-free and unused equipment with good quality and the units shall be subject to the international system of units (SI).
*3.1.2 Multi signals can be synchronously acquired, including the analog quantity: strain (electric bridge type), voltage, current and vibration, etc. and the digital quantity: on/off, pulse and frequency (not less than 12 channels), etc. and CAN bus signal (not less than 2 channels) as well as not less than 192-channel analog signal input.
